PIW would like to continue to introduce you to some of our instructors over the new few weeks. We are pleased to introduce to you another instructor, Camille L. Shepherd:
Tracy A. Quinlan, Esq.
Tracy A. Quinlan is an attorney at Rosenthal Gormly Chartered, where she manages the firm’s personal injury practice. Over the course of her career, she has represented hundreds of clients (both Plaintiffs and Defendants) in personal injury matters. Ms. Quinlan has taken cases to numerous jury and bench trials, and she has argued before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. In addition to her personal injury practice, she represents the United States of America in student loan cases arising in the District of Columbia. She is also an instructor at the Paralegal Institute of Washington.
Ms. Quinlan received her law degree from the American University Washington College of Law in 2007. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University, where she graduated with honors. While at the Washington College of Law, she was a member of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law. She served as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic, where she represented clients in family law matters. Ms. Quinlan was also a Fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, where she taught constitutional law at Anacostia High School in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Quinlan is licensed in the state courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
