Corporate Paralegal For Children’s National Health System Senior Counsel

The Corporate Paralegal will support the Senior Counsel in all stages of corporate transactions and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations in the conduct of business activities.

Required Skills/Knowledge

Extensive and advanced knowledge of corporate law, contract management and administration, non-profits, finance, contracts, HIPAA, compliance and other relevant knowledge. A keen attention to detail required as well as an ability to juggle multiple projects. The person in this role also must have the ability to handle extremely sensitive, confidential matters and exercise sound discretion and judgment. High level of computer skills. 

Minimum Education

Associate’s Degree

Specific Requirements and Preferences
Paralegal degree.

Minimum Work Experience
5 years

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
